Description

The SURVIE table with bench is an extraordinary table, it is a strong statement in Pascal Bauer’s work! SURVIE is a unifying object, which qualifies comfort and offers conviviality.
SURVIE proposes a new and precise theory of the potentialities of expression and appropriation for the interior and exterior of the users. It has a built-in bench. The height of the bench is 42 cm and in total it has space for 8-10 people. Designed in 1998 for the Centre d’Art Contemporain de la Nièvre.
Its designer Pascal Bauer was born in 1959 in Madagascar and graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Among his works is the furniture for the Albertville Olympic Games.
