Description

Mizuko II is a sustainable pendant lamp made with paper mache designed for warm and unique home atmospheres because each design tells its own story. Place it above your kitchen or dining room table for a lively and creative decoration. 

Materials

One of the most important materials used to make these sustainable pendant lamps is paper mache obtained from recycling old newspapers and certified water-based sustainable glue. This material is characterized by being durable and very light.

They use natural pigments to color it and a one-meter textile cable to connect it with the energy source. The cable is available in white, yellow, pale blue or black and white color. Mizuko II ceiling pendant lamps use only LED light bulbs up to 20W with E27 termination (not included). You can customize the lampshade color and the color or length of the cable by request.

Utility and use

These ceiling pendant lamps are a synthesis of sculpture and art, authentic art pieces that you can place in any space in your home where you want a warm light and a decoration with a lot of life. Mizuko II pendant lamps are ideal for central lighting in the kitchen or dining room above the table.

Environmental characteristics

Like all Crea-re products, these lamps are sustainable thanks to the materials used to make them, such as recycled newspapers, water-based glue and dyes. All of them are natural and non-toxic. In addition, the LED light that is exclusively needed for the illumination of these lamps is innately sustainable, mercury-free and with a life cycle ten times longer than traditional bulbs. Finally, the lightness of its products avoids high environmental costs when it comes to shipments, since the lower the weight, the lower the generation of CO2 in transport.

Design features

Mizuko in Japanese means “daughter of the water”. The minimalist shape and light weight of the Mizuko II sustainable pendant lamps are reminiscent of a water drop, which gently and slowly slides from a leaf and falls again into the water. The gray color of it generates a sober and calm atmosphere. Combine it with other elements in warm colors for relaxed environments or reaffirm its cold spirit with shades of the same temperature in sophisticated and elegant spaces.
